Tim Doerr Tim obtained a BA in physics from
Oberlin College and a
Ph.D. in physics from CWRU, where he is currently a lecturer and a
researcher. He studies, among other things, the behavior of liquid
crystals at interfaces. |

Jeremy Cuson
Jeremy is a junior undergraduate working towards a dual physics/math
degree at CWRU. Currently, he works on a theoretical project to describe
the chevron structure of liquid crystals and is starting a project
involving the shape of an isotropic droplet under the
influence of an applied electric or magnetic field. |

|
Brian Kubera Brian is expecting to graduate in
2004 from CWRU with a BS degree in physics. Currently, in collaboration
with Dr. Taylor, he is investigating possible mathematical models for the
Case II diffusion of solvents with in polymers. |

Sarah Mullet
Sarah will be entering her junior year this fall at CWRU. She is the
group's webmaster and is researching experimental methods
for measuring surface tension for Dr. Taylor's research group this summer. |
|
 |
Mike Salem
Mike graduated from CWRU in May of 2002 and is studying dynamic fluid
surface tension with Dr. Taylor's research group for the summer. He will
be continuing his education at Caltech in the fall. |
